1. How long is processing, shipping, and handling?
Processing takes 2-3 Business days (Monday-Friday) for your order to be shipped out. If you order on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) Express Shipping Orders are 2 to 3 Business Days.
Domestic Express Shipping is 2-3 Business days depending on your location.
Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 5-7 Business days depending on your location.
International Shipping is 7-10 Business days depending on your location.
All Packages Delivery is with the USPS and signature will be required. Business days are Monday-Friday

2. When will my tracking number start to update?
After receiving a tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 24hrs. Please Track Your Package at www.USPS.com. Your Tracking Number will come to your email from PayPal. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 3 days from placing your orders please contact customer service at 213-414-3590.
3. Can I make changes to my order?
To insure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily, So orders cannot to be altered or changed once your payment is complete.
4. May I return my order?
Please note we only offer store credit (NO REFUNDS) for orders that have been processed and shipped. Orders are eligible for store credit within 7 days of receipt. To receive credit for your exchange, the hair must be in the same condition as when you received it. We find that we have very low return rates and we are proud of the high quality hair extensions that we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with!
We are not responsible for any stylist trying to custom color or dye your virgin hair, because we understand that everyone is not a colorist or a specialist. It is our suggestion that you use a licensed colorist to have the best outcome with coloring your extensions.
You must contact us first before returning your order at bioluxurehaircompany@gmail.com within the seven (7) day return period. All BioLuxure Hair Extensions must be shipped back unopened in it's original packaging and the packaging must not be defected in any way or a return will not be issued. You will be responsible for return shipping. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer exchanges if the BioLuxure hair seal on the bundle is broken. The BioLuxure hair seal MUST NOT be broken! The hair MUST NOT be unwrapped, Uncombed, Not Brushed, No fingers ran through the hair, worn, or altered in any way for an exchange!! If the hair is altered we will return the hair back to you at your cost for shipping back.
